Position: HR Administrator
Job Location: Winter Garden, FL 34787
Job Duration: 12+ months W2 Contract
Shift: 8AM to 5 PM
Pay rate: $18.00 + per hour based on experience


Job Description:


Employee Service Center(ESC) HR Administrator works as part of a dedicated team of HR professionals, serving approximately 33,000 employees in United States. Responsibilities will include oversight, coordination and entry of Benefits, Onboarding and HR information in PeopleSoft system for employees in multiple locations. Processing of employee data changes, benefit family status changes and retirement information in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. HR Administrator is subject matter expert on these procedures, ensures all HR transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. ESC Tier II HR Administrator must understand all benefit programs, respond to inquiries and resolve concerns while demonstrating a high-level of support and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:


Coordination and entry of Benefits:



Support escalated calls and tickets from ESC Tier 1 support group and strives to provide a final resolution
Educate and support Open Enrollment process
Provide support for Life Insurance and term life claims and interfaces with Insurance Company when needed to ensure timely processing of claims
Lead coordination efforts with HR to provide education and materials to promote benefit programs and conducts on-site meetings when needed
Processe status changes in PeopleSoft and specifically supports escalated items, such as transactions related to Affordable Care Act (ACA), monitoring participant hours for eligibility
Administer insurance program for part time employees (where offered) by preparing enrollment kits/letters, maintaining records of enrollment, coordinating with HMO vendor
Processe separations for employees
Assist customers with retirement inquiries and submits requests to corporate retirement department as needed

Onboarding:



Manage candidate experience from offer extended to hired through consistent communication.
Develops partner relationship with HRBP’s and recruiters to educate on the onboarding process and continual best practices.
Coordinates with I-9 reviewers in field to quickly get new candidates to complete Section 2 of I-9
Performs basic troubleshooting of one-off onboarding errors and potential breaks in process

HR Information:



Work directly with HR Technology Services team or business partners on data discrepancies
Process Manager Direct Access (MDA), Service Station request, Emails transactions and ensures that transaction has correct PeopleSoft codes before approving
Ensure that service dates are adjusted for rehires according to company policy
Ensure commissioned employees have Annual Benefits Base Rate (ABBR) in PeopleSoft
Ensure Incentive Compensation Plans (ICP) are entered as part of onboarding, promotion and transfer process
Keep customers informed on the status of research and resolution, closes ticket when complete
Secure, safeguard and keep employee information confidential as required by “Personally Identifiable Information Security Policy” and all other data privacy requirements
Support 4 time zones. Must adhere to scheduled phone time during shift and remain flexible to support unanticipated events that drive volume. Flexibility is required to support peak volume events throughout year



Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent required
Min 3 years benefits/HR experience and high-volume processing for a medium to large workforce
Working knowledge of common benefits terminology
Experience with HR systems data entry and reporting is essential
Multi-state HR/benefits experience desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Effective customer service, time management and organizational skills necessary
Commitment to quality and collaboration in a team-based environment
Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar HR system and Microsoft Office including strong MS Excel skills
