Staffing and HR experience. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to maintain and handle confidential information. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsible for interpreting and ensuring compliance to HR policies, company processes, and relevant employment laws. Partners with management on employee/labor relations and conducts internal investigations as assigned by HR management. Partners with all levels of management and employees to communicate various HR objectives and procedures in compliance with company policy and employment law. Acts as a first point of contact for line manages and provides support in regards to employee/labor relations issues, inquiries and complaints. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Senior HR Generalist might mentor lower level HR generalists, he or she also might resolve complicated employee issues. Supports business strategy execution and delivery by leveraging common HR processes and developing efficient and effective HR interventions. Identifies people implications of business strategies and decisions and advises clients on solutions. Builds client relationships, reputation and establishes rapport. Delivers efficient and effective HR services (Performance Assessment and Development Process (PADP), Staffing and Development (S&D), Case Management, policy interpretation), leveraging subject matter experts as necessary. Manages and resolves people related issues. Analyzes trends and metrics; identifies business and people challenges, considers options, makes recommendations and stewards implementation; delivers on agreed HR action plans. Promotes leadership, management and supervisory effectiveness. Promotes diversity and inclusion through HR processes and initiatives to ensure various ideas, background and perspectives are respected and valued. Ensures compliance with internal & external HR license to operate requirements. Identifies, implements, or leads improvements to HR processes. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
