HR Advisor

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a HR Assistant / HR Advisor role in Irvine, Ca.  Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.   This is a long term- temporary to hire opportunity.   As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for performing administrative and customer service functions within the HR Service Center.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Responsibilities for this HR Assistant job include:

 

•  Serve as point of contact for employees to call the HR dept or use the chatline; resolve issues, escalate when necessary; respond in a timely manner, give advice on employee relations

•  Maintain confidential employee files         

•  Process HR transactions: Benefits, employee related changes, hiring, terminations, Leave of Absences, and other HR related duties          

•  Any and all other HR and Administrative related duties                             

 

Qualifications:

 

•  Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, state and federal employment practices   

•  Intermediate in Excel, Word and Outlook 

•  Proven experience in an Administrative role         

•  Experience working in a call center environment preferred                      

 

 

Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay is $20-$23/HR
