HR Advisor




Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a HR Assistant / HR Advisor role in Irvine, Ca.  Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.   This is a temporary 3-4 month opportunity.   As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for performing on-boarding and customer service functions within the HR Service Center.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Responsibilities for this HR Assistant job include:


•  Serve as point of contact for new hires, process all on boarding documents including running background checks, verifying I-9 Compliance ets

•  Maintain confidential employee files         

•  Process HR transactions: Benefits, employee related changes, hiring, terminations, Leave of Absences, and other HR related duties          

•  Any and all other HR and Administrative related duties                             




•  Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, state and federal employment practices   

•  Intermediate in Excel, Word and Outlook 

•  Proven experience in an Administrative role         

•  Experience working in a call center environment preferred                      



Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay is $20-$23/HR
