HR Analyst - Pittsburgh, PA

Adecco Direct Hire Division is currently recruiting candidates for a HR Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA for a global company that makes, sells, rents, and services gas monitoring instruments, systems, software and related products to detect combustible and toxic gases. As the HR Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA, you will be analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights to achieve business goals quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly proficient in Excel, with experience in data driven workforce metrics, analytics, and reporting. ***MUST HAVE EXPERT LEVEL EXCEL SKILLS***

Responsibilities for HR Analyst
- Provide scheduled and adhoc reporting and analysis to the organization
- Produce a comprehensive monthly headcount report for distribution and research data variances from previous reports
- Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple data sources
- Create and manage concise monthly HR metrics including turnover, time to hire, cost per hire
- Build queries and dashboards within systems to support cross functional business needs

Qualifications for HR Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Minimum of 2 years of data analysis/reporting experience
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving and root cause analysis
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- Highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
