Our HRIS Analyst plays an important role in these goals by analyzing and interpreting data to provide us with insights to achieve business goals quickly and efficiently.

 

What you will do:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will be highly proficient in Excel, with experience in data driven workforce metrics, analytics, and reporting.
  • Provide scheduled and adhoc reporting and analysis to the organization
  • Produce a comprehensive monthly headcount report for distribution and research data variances from previous reports
  • Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple data sources
  • Create and manage concise monthly HR metrics including turnover, time to hire, cost per hire
  • Proactively research and educate HR organization on data analytics trends/best practices
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems
  • Update HCM system with new jobs, departments, grade ranges, locations, list of values, etc.
  • Manage SharePoint web pages as necessary
  • Recommend changes and improvements to existing processes and reports, and gather data as necessary
  • Collaborate with HR team to leverage data available from all HR systems and external vendors
  • Build queries and dashboards within systems to support cross functional business needs

Must Have:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of data analysis/reporting experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
  • Highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
  • Experience with HRIS (Oracle EBS and HCM Cloud) and Taleo ATS systems highly desired
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting highly desired
  • Knowledge of HR systems and how they impact HR business practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exhibit creativity, innovation, and critical thinking through collaboration
  • Strong organization skills with close attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform with a sense of urgency
