HR Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local Client recruiting for an HR Assistant to add to their team!   This position is located in Akron, NY and is a long-term position that will require a dedicated associate. The HR Assistant position will require candidates to assist in the day to day operations of a busy HR department. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment and staffing
  • Assisting with employee relations
  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Completing administrative duties as needed
  • Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Demonstrate solid problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, MS Suite
  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • HSD or GED req. 2-year degree preferred
  • This position will be typical office hours, running between 7am – 5pm and paying $15/hr or DOE.
