HR Assistant

So, you’re looking for a great HR Assistant position in Downtown Cleveland, OH (44114). Good news! We’re now hiring a part-time HR Assistant for a nonprofit organization focused on ending the cycle of multi-generation poverty, through proven education support systems for middle and high school students. This position is paying $14/hr!

Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Assisting HR Director with various tactical items
  • Recruitment
  • Benefits Administration
  • Filing, scanning, and creating new forms
  • Completion of scanning project for new HRIS
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Excellent proofreading, grammar, punctuation and editing skills

These are the qualities we’re looking for in an administrative assistant:

  • The perfect candidate is service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 year's prior HR experience
  • Aptitude to learn, trainable, and teachable

Shift: Flexible schedule with ability to work 3 days a week (20 hours per week assignment)
