HR ASSISTANT (Part-Time) - KRONOS Experience Required

Responsibilities for this Human Resource Assistant job include:

  • Employee will be trained on the City of Emeryville Local Ordinance
  • Accurately maintain/update/input the Ordinance records for the store.
  • Admin duties to include inputting data into the KRONOS systems, email access, processing of forms in preparation of Payroll approval.
  • Filing/administrative task as assigned



  • Must have knowledge of KRONOS system
  • Having worked in a professional office setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer knowledge to include strong Excel skills
  • Payroll/KRONOS knowledge needed


  • 3-day work week
  • Could be subject to change, shifts can vary from 6-8 hours depending on workload
  • Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday AND Monday, Wednesday, Friday
