Adecco has partnered up with one of the leading Aviation Manufacturers in Hooksett, NH to recruit for a HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and will not be easily overwhelmed. This is starting out as a 12-month assignment with the potential for permanent hire in the future.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Entering and organizing data in Excel.

  • Organizing a large amount of job applications each day. 

  • Communicating with candidates. 

  • Assist HR staff as needed

  • Copying/Filling

  • Processing paperwork

  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Prior recruiting experience is a MUST. 
  • Above average Excel experience.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
