Must have experience.
Must have HR experience
Need someone who can help with keeping calendar organized, travel arrangements & expense reports
May need some Tampa event scheduling help – for executive meetings
Need someone proactive, detail oriented, can help with occasional PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheet in addition to high proficiency in Word

Candidate Scheduling (this will be responsible for US and global locations including UK in Wrexham, London, APAC as needed)
• Coordinate all contacts between candidates and recruiter/hiring manager, including setting up phone screens, on-site interviews, sending out calendar invites, etc.
o Work with hiring teams to manage phone screens and coordinate logistics for on-site interviews
o Coordinate travel for candidates.
o Help to greet and set up visiting candidates coming in for on-site interviews, Tampa

• Coordinate all contacts between candidates and recruiter/hiring manager, including setting up phone screens, on-site interviews, sending out calendar invites, etc.; may include global locations.
o Work with hiring teams to manage phone screens and coordinate logistics for on-site interviews
o Coordinate travel for candidates.
o Help to greet and set up visiting candidates coming in for on-site interviews
• Act as liaison between DTCC and candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from interview to start date.
• Track and add applicant's information, resume, hiring manager's comments into the candidate tracking tool.
• Post, renew, revise and remove postings from job boards, social media platforms and various professional sites.
• Assist with requisition tracking, report generation.
• Assist with planning & coordinating recruiting events. Assist with facility and office needs.
• Interact with all staff levels across multiple offices in a professional manner.
• Provide miscellaneous and administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

3 or more years of experience in Recruiting or HR environment preferred
Ž Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Taleo is preferred
Ž Experience with scheduling and managing heavy calendaring using Outlook Express
Ž Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Ž Self starter with excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
Ž Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
Ž Strong time management and the ability to multitask and maintain focus
Ž Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal & customer service skills and high degree of professionalism
Ž Exceptional organizational skills
Ž Attention to details and ability to find creative solutions
Ž Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
Ž Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
