� Knowledge of employee benefits programs, Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401k
� Knowledge of office methods, techniques, practices, and procedures.
� Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables and VLookup).
� Skills in the use of computers and computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro and Outlook email.
� Skills in organization, database management, and coordination.
� Skills in gathering data, compiling information and preparing reports.
� Ability to interact with a diverse employee population in a friendly, professional manner and to effectively communicate complex information verbally and in writing.
� Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws and regulations.
� Ability to perform a variety of administrative support duties with minimum supervision.
� Ability to follow oral and written procedures and instructions.
� Assisting with answering and responding to basic benefits calls and inbox inquiries
� Invoice processing
� Maintaining up to date instructions on labels and customized letter with employee name and enrollment effective date on Monthly Post Hire Mailings including variable hour group.
� Mailing benefits packets
� Creating file folders, scans all incoming forms, maintain return from leave files, file STD and LTD claim statements
� Providing relief for Receptionist Desk
� Serve as backup for some payroll processes
� Other duties and special projects, as assigned by manager
