Our Adecco office is working with a growing manufacturing company whose executive offices are located in Warrendale, Pa.

 

This company is seeking an HR Benefits Admin Analyst for a 3-6 month time period to assist the HR and Payroll Departments.

 

The pay for this position is $20-$25/hr and the hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility.

Duties:

COBRA Administration

Run reports of terminations weekly out of EC, and ensure employees are logged into Infinisource properly Enroll electee into COBRA Group numbers in Highmark, Anthem, Guardian, Cigna, VSP Principal 401k Plan Main point of contact on admin issues

Audit data Benefit Bills

Pay bills via vendor sites

Distribute payments to CORP AP via cost center coding

Research and solve inconsistencies when they arise Medical Insurance

Serve as Tier 2 support for HR Generalists. Determine when to escalate to Tier 3

Troubleshoot all 1095C documents

Verify HSA participation and payments

MetLife :Audit the entire program. This will be a large project

SunLife :Submit claims

Create procedures for steps Equity

First level admin for routine questions.

Ensure terminations are updated properly such as retirement, death and disability
