POSITION: HR Business Partner III
LOCATION: Greensboro, NC

HOURS: Full-time
DURATION: 1 – year, with potential to go permanent
PAY: $38.00 - $45.00/hr. - DOE

Responsibilities Job Description

Provide HR support to managers which will ensure that HR operations deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals

  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, methodologies, and guidelines within the line organization or unit supported
  • Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the use of the Client's Code of Conduct
  • Develop an understanding of business objectives and practices; to provide effective coaching and consultation with the business
  • Secure the correct competence through recruitment, succession planning, talent management and well-defined workforce plans
  • Promote the branding of GTT as the employer of choice within defined segments
  • Support the GTT management with organizational development, employee engagement and the cultural journey
  • Facilitate managers‘ development according to leadership pipeline
  • Drive employee relations and workplace health & wellbeing
  • Ensure that the organization complies with local labour legislations and applicable Client Group policies
  • Facilitation of the HR processes for managers
  • Cooperation with other actors in the HR Service Delivery Model (SDM) in order to ensure an effective HR support for the business
  • Work closely with the HR network and support organizations to ensure compliance and appropriate resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regional labor laws, employment laws, and government regulations
  • Implement the worldwide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resource Management
  • Represent GTT in various HR networks

Additional Requirements
Personal skills needed (industry experience, international experience, software, material etc.)            Min. 5 years in HR, HR Process & Tools, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Coaching, Exit Management, Compensation & Benefits, Global HR Processes

Communication: Good verbal and written skills and experience/ability in Change Management
Consulting skills: Establishing a client relationship based on clear expectations and an agreement on deliverables
HR Controlling and Reporting: Ability to use HR data to establish reports and monitor policies and guidelines
Teamwork: Ability to build relationships and networks in a matrix environment
Leadership: Understanding of interpersonal relationships and organizational behavior
Self-Managed - Proactive deliveries and follow through, requiring minimal supervision
