Adecco, is currently looking for a HR Communication Consultant /Creative/ Technical Writer (remote) in Norwood, MA, to assist client with a 3+ month project.

Hours: 1st shift, 40 hours

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and writes original content for numerous employer and employee audiences, incorporating all types of media (printed pieces, emails, websites, videos, etc.)
Simplifies and distills complex information about health and retirement benefits to provide clear, readable messaging that aligns with business objectives and project strategy
Adjusts style and tone of writing as necessary to be consistent with the client’s or Mercer’s voice
Collaborates with designers and account managers to develop creative ideas and make appropriate recommendations based on business objectives, target audience and budget
Communicates with department members to collect information, provide follow-up and ensure clear understanding
Edits existing copy as needed to update or improve content upon request by clients
Writes quickly and works efficiently under time-sensitive deadlines
Possesses or can quickly develop a thorough understanding of the benefits industry, understands how industry and business developments affect employee benefits, and can apply this knowledge to written material

Required skills:

Must be versatile and adept at both creative and technical writing and have experience writing for all types of media
Must have strong writing skills within a consumer/employee focused environment and be able to produce clear and conversational copy rather than using a formal writing style
Must be able to conceptualize creative ideas, research topics, and write content to deliver successful communications solutions
Must have strong attention to detail, as well as excellent proofreading and editing skills
Must have strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines
Must be able to work autonomously but elevate appropriate issues
