Adecco is looking for a bright and motivated entry level HR Coordinator to support the North America COACH brand and provide administrative support, project, process management and junior generalist support. This is a long-term, open ended opportunity to support a growing fashion house.

Major responsibilities are:

Employee/Organization Data Maintenance:
- Update employee data with accuracy
- Create organizational charts for purposes of org design
- Assist with compensation change proposals
- Liaise with HR service center (People Services) to administer or guide other people changes

Manage quarterly and annual employee budget reporting (QO and AOP processes):
- Act as point of contact for Finance Partners for any employee compensation related queries
- Assist with tracking and budget forecasting of temporary employees and special bonuses

Recruitment Partnership:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to update and ensure ongoing accuracy of requisition data
- Act as liaison with Talent Acquisition to communicate full-time and temporary recruitment needs, including organizational changes/context and budget.

Performance Management:
- Support HR Business Partner with year-end process, including preparation for talent calibration, talent reviews and reporting & analysis
- Manage and coordinate Year-end Reviews for store level employees through Regional Directors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop timeline based on Corporate-driven deadlines
- Create communication plan and write/edit communications, verify accuracy with key stakeholders, and coordinate with Store Operations for distribution
- Coordinate equity grants
- Consult on and coordinate merit increases and performance ratings for Multimanagers
- Monitor and report on eSalary entry completion, manage Regional Directors to budget
- Monitor merit/promotion/adjustment spend against budget and create summaries
- Partner with IS and HRIS to participate in merit increase HR Online upload testing
- Generate full-turnover report for fiscal year

Reporting:
- Manage report requests as needed
- Analyze data for trends

Special Projects/Other:
- Actively pursue knowledge of clients business practices, policies, organization structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business
- Provide strong customer service in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in and/or manage special projects as required
- Create HR Process/Initiative Communication to Field and Maintain HR-related Intranet Content
- Manage Harassment Training for California, Connecticut, Maine and Canada

An outstanding professional will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 - 2 years Human Resources experience required; ideally in the generalist function
