Adecco is currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator at a well established company in Dublin, OH 

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

 

Supports and coordinates HR Shared Service projects, processes, trainings and HR department functions. Provides and supports effective human resources guidance and support in staffing, performance management, employee relations, orientation, policy/procedure interpretation, organizational design, recognition and applicable internal systems.  Maintains HR system/record integrity and will work towards development and centralization of field based administrative process.

 

Provide on-the-ground support for employment issues and implementation of HR policies and practices; manage and consult on employee and labor relations; conduct training and development programs; provide compensation/staffing consultant and coaching services to managers for assigned customer groups.

 

Support Delivery Lead and HR in region on HR activity, projects and develop centralized methods of communication, current case management and administrative process.

 

Ownership of projects on an adhoc basis such as training, empoyee relations, annual performance reviews and engagement surveys.  (policy/procedure interpretation)

 

Support talent acquisition processes by partnering with recruiter to ensure all documentation is completed and processed. May coordinate interview schedules and initiate screenings on applicants.

 

 

Coordinates/Conducts New Employee Orientation processes/program

 

Maintains HR systems/data bases, records and postings ensuring compliance and integrity.  Administration as needed.

 

Ensure that all working polices are in place, up to date and reviewed on an annual basis or as legislation dictates.

 

This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).

 

Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

 

 

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

 

University Degree (BA degree) required

 

Required: Bachelors degree in human resources or related field with 2-4 years of experience supporting HR or related Corporate processes/programs. 2 years’ experience in a customer service/relation role.

 

Experience conducting research and presenting to groups.

 

Current knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations preferred.

 

Strong background in HRIS (preferred) and Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
