:Description: Role Purpose: Manages administrative activities for the recruitment function Accountabilities This role works with Recruiters to schedule phone and face-to-face interviews. At times, may also schedule interviews by Skype and telepresence. Ensure all details associated with interviews are performed including candidate travel. Assists with reporting and analysis of recruitment data from Taleo and provides to HR Operations Manager Ensure new requisitions are appropriately assigned on a daily basis Check daily vacancy approval report to ensure no delays Knowledge, experience & capabilities Requires excellent organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Project management skills Ability to follow processes Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities 5+ years of experience working in a corporation with ?5000 employees Demonstrated high proficiency with using MS Outlook Ability to use an applicant tracking system Excellent working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet reporting Ability to analyze data through the use of charts, graphs, and pivot tables Additional information Located in Greensboro, NC Relocation is not offered for this position Applicants must be able to work in the US without visa sponsorship 0-5% travel
