HR Coordinator 

1 month Temporary Assignment

Pay Rate: $16-$19/hr

Location: Irvine

Shift: 8AM-5:30PM 

 

Adecco is assisting a client for a temporary 1 month assignment as an HR Coordinator. This position is responsible for a variety of job duties, including maintaining daily upkeep of the Human Resources department, assisting employees with requests and questions though the HR Helpdesk, ensuring the HRIS data is accurately done in the HRIS system, and assisting with events/projects. 

 

Job Description: 

  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, status changes, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met 
  • Run reports from the HRIS/Payroll system
  • Work on special projects relating to system implementations, performance management, hiring, training, legal compliance, etc. 
  • Cover lunch and breaks for receptionist on a daily basis
  • Assist with on boarding and the new hire process as needed
  • Update and maintain HR intranet site with HR communication, information and forms
  • Answer HR related questions for employees; assist employees and managers when making employment changes
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative or HR Assistant at minimum 
  • Experience working with an HRIS/Payroll system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
  • Able to maintain confidentiality 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2 + years as an HR Assistant 
  • Experience with ADP WorkForce Now (or similar HCM System)
