Job Responsibilities:

Change Management

  • PeopleHub & PeopleServices Launch – provide support to leaders and the relevant HR teams as we transition to the new PeopleHub system and PeopleServices model, especially during January
    • Implementation support – direct questions to PeopleServices while providing initial support on logging on and navigating PeopleHub
    • Escalate issues – partner with PeopleServices to escalate critical issues as needed
    • Partner with benefits team as needed – specifically around LOA questions
    • Employee Relations – ensure follow-through of open items during the transition

Employee Engagement

  • 90 day check ins – scheduling and conducting
  • Exit interviews – scheduling and conducting
  • Quarterly Dashboard – reviewing data from exit interviews and 90 day check ins to pull out common themes and partnering with Lara to compile into presentation format
  • Best Place to Work meetings – support Best Place to Work initiatives and plan events as needed
  • Engagement initiatives – partner with HR team on developing, launching and managing initiatives such as the Kate Spade Mentoring program

Org Design & Effectiveness

  • Org Design – prepare org charts to reflect “to be” structures and to support workforce budgeting processes
  • Job Description review & edits- review job descriptions, and meet with teams to discuss as necessary and recommend edits to ensure job descriptions are specific and clear

Talent Sourcing

  • Employee onboarding- Meet with hiring managers to discuss ‘You are Here’ onboarding binder and ensure they are clear on what they need to do prior to a new employee’s start date
  • Join new hire orientation rotation – present orientation deck to new hires & answer ad hoc questions from new hires

Performance Management

  • Exit Processes – Partner with legal, prepare PTA forms and provide relevant documentation as needed for involuntary termination processes

Workforce Budgeting

  • QO process – support Sr. Director, HR to partner with HR Business Partners and Tapestry Total Rewards on January and April QO (TBD depending on new process)
  • Attend weekly Adecco meetings - provide additional information when needed

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • College degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR preferred, ideally as a generalist, but open to other experience if the person has strong learning agility.
  • PeopleSoft or Visio experience is a plus; or familiarity with an HRIS system
