HR Coordinator

Adecco is currently helping a client in South Sarasota fill an HR Coordinator role. 

Duties and assignments are as follows, with additional duties as assigned: 
•       Create job openings in the system
•       Review applications for minimum qualifications
•       Schedule and coordinate phone interviews with hiring managers
•       Initiate background check process 
•       Complete I-9 orders for remote employees
•       Complete I-9 forms for on-site hires
•       Create credentials for new hires including system access and badges
•       Assist with scheduling training classes for new hires
Familiarity with recruiting, background checks, I-9’s
Strong written and verbal communication skills (will be responding to applicants and coordinating managers calendars)
Experience with computer systems and entering sensitive information
