Key Responsibilities :  Talent Acquisition Partner with RPO & manage internal talent channels to source, assess and facilitate hiring of top talent into the business externally and internally.  Training - Support training and development initiatives, from tracking and reporting through basic workshop facilitation. Performance & Development Management - Partner with the HR Director, business leaders and HR partners to facilitate  annual performance and development cycle. Support- provide first-line support & respond to employee questions, concerns, and needs related to HR processes & HR-related needs. Performance Management- Actively engage with both managers and associates by providing coaching and guidance. Retention- Partner with business leaders to identify at-risk talent & trends.


Background and Skill:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field required. Minimum of 2 yrs. of HR generalist or recruiting experience. Minimum of 2 yrs. experience with MS Excel, Office Suite and ATS systems. Experience with Taleo is a plus. Demonstrated success as a self-starter. Prefer any experience working independently in either a decentralized or matrixed organization with the ability to get hands-on, navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
