MAIN FUNCTIONS


MAIN FUNCTIONS

Responsible for interpreting and ensuring compliance to HR policies, company processes, and relevant employment laws.
Partners with management on employee/labor relations and conducts internal investigations as
assigned by HR management.
Partners with all levels of management and employees to communicate various HR objectives and procedures in compliance with company policy and employment law.
Acts as a first point of contact for line manages and provides support in regards to employee/labor relations issues, inquiries and complaints.
Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Senior HR Generalist might mentor lower level HR generalists, he or she also might resolve complicated employee issues.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Staffing and HR experience. Proficient in MS Office.
-Ability to maintain and handle confidential information.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Provide business line client support (Builds client relationships and establishes rapport).
First line of contact for clients. - Work on process efficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support people strategy initiatives (e.g. Inclusion & Diversity, Supervisor Effectiveness, etc.)
- Controls focus and able to deal with confidential information
- Support business line projects (e.g. Organizational structure changes, change management, divestments/acquisitions, etc.) - Provide and support Organization Effectiveness (e.g. team effectiveness sessions, Core strengths, managing change, etc.) - Support Staffing and Development analysis leveraging Career Connect Analytics
