Pay Rate                                 $45.50/hour      
Role:                                      HR Generalist  (must be local)
 
Overview: 
This specialist position is responsible for providing Employee Relations expertise to a variety of clients 

Accountabilities: 
Work in close partnership with managers to deliver an effective and consistent employee experience in matters relating to performance management, misconduct, accommodation issues, and separations; 
Serve as lead investigator for various workforce issues including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct; 
Ensure service delivery is aligned with company culture, corporate policies, and the law, partnering with HR Business Partners, Employment Law, or other resources as needed; 
Practice and promote engaging leaders principles and effectively coach managers through delivery of ER services in alignment with Engaging Leader capabilities; 
Develop and maintain key internal relationships, including with other ER members, HR Business Partners, Employment Law, HR Operations, Ethics & Compliance, Global Security, and Global Medical; 
Develop and deliver insights and recommendations for HRBPs and other leaders based on case work and trends; 
As needed, develop and leverage processes and tools to support delivery of services, identify training opportunities, and identify, create or recommend process improvements. 

Required Skills/Experiences 
Subject matter expertise in performance management and performance management lifecycle. 
Technical knowledge of HR related regulations strongly preferred (e.g. ADA, FMLA, discrimination laws) 
Employee Relations experience required, Labor Relations experience a plus 
Consultative, coaching, and action planning skills 
Experience investigating and addressing misconduct issues 
Ability to anticipate issues, problem solve and implement solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate resource 
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written – main point messaging) 
Ability to quickly and productively network and establish effective working relationships
