Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill HR - Human Capitol - Senior in Minnetonka, MN

Specific Duties:
1.Review Benefits SPD/Communication for plan accuracy and compliance.
2 Project work with Benefits Design and Administration team for research, operational process, enrollment, vendor renewals, communications, open enrollment
3.Handle employee escalations working with vendor partners, payroll and other stakeholders as needed.
4. Ensures program changes are documented, effective and timely.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.5 years Benefits Plan Sponsor Experience at fortune 100 company
2. Strong working knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, Section 125, and other laws
3. Expert in self-insurance, medical networks management, pharmacy cost management strategies, and HSA
4. System development requirements for health plans with in health and wellness administrative system.
5.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (work, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Shift Start/End Time: 8-5

Dress Code: business casual
