A bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional certification (SPHR or PHR) is a plus.
Solid and broad human resources experience, including employee relations, recruitment, comp & benefits, policies & procedures, performance management, etc.

A proven ability to manage process and culture change.
Strong business savvy and the ability to influence the decision-making process.
Project management skills.
A general understanding of employment law.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with enterprise HRIS applications.
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Some knowledge of payroll would be a plus.
