You’ll be successful here if you can provide top-tier Human Resources support with a strong focus on, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. As the first member of our HR team, you’ll have the ability to help shape our processes and make a deep impact by influencing the company's exciting start-up culture.

Responsibilities:
• * Support and/ or enhance the company’s end to end talent lifecycle management process
• * Ensure best-in-class onboarding procedures from headcount approval to position descriptions; interview process; offer letter, new hire training, etc.
Annual renewal of benefits, compensation analysis, implementation of MBO program
• * Partner with hiring leaders to help plan training & development
• * Contribute to the support and implementation of policies, procedures, systems and initiatives
• * Develop, enhance and/ or provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies and procedures, and topics as required including Annual Employee Training and New Hire Training
• * Assist with employee relations/team building activities
• * Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• * Maintain a deep understanding of regulations that apply to the company
• * Assist employees with day to day HR questions and requirements


Essential:
• * Bachelor’s degree
• * 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager/Generalist
• * Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong analytical and software skills
• Keen aptitude in problem-solving
• * Self-motivated but know when to seek further guidance
• * Detail oriented and laser-focused on supporting internal processes & systems
• * Experience with organizational design and designing reporting structures
