provide top-tier Human Resources support with a strong focus on, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. As the first member of our HR team, you'll have the ability to help shape our processes and make a deep impact by influencing the exciting start-up culture.


Responsibilities:
>
> * Support and/ or enhance the company's end to end talent lifecycle
> management process
> * Annual renewal of benefits, compensation analysis, implementation of
> MBO program.
> * Ensure best-in-class onboarding procedures from headcount approval to
> position descriptions; interview process; offer letter, new hire training,
> etc.
> * Partner with hiring leaders to help plan training & development
> * Contribute to the support and implementation of policies, procedures,
> systems and initiatives
> * Develop, enhance and/ or provide individual and group training on a
> variety of HR tools, policies and procedures, and topics as required
> including Annual Employee Training and New Hire Training
> * Assist with employee relations/team building activities
> * Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to
> day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring
> regulatory compliance
> * Maintain a deep understanding of regulations that apply to the
> company
> * Assist employees with day to day HR questions and requirements

> Qualifications:
>
> * Bachelor's degree
> * 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager/Generalist
> * Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships
> * Excellent communication and people skills
> * Strong analytical and software skills
> * Keen aptitude in problem-solving
> * Self-motivated but know when to seek further guidance
> * Detail oriented and laser-focused on supporting internal processes &
> systems
> * Experience with organizational design and designing reporting
> structures
