You will be working with senior leadership to build corporate culture, mission/values, internal communications and policies. You will be handling all the Employee Relations, Developing Talent Acquisition, Developing Overall Strategies, Selecting and Administering HRIS Systems, Assisting Hiring Managers and more.


Bachelor's Degree
5+ years experience in an HR Leadership role that includes developing programs and strategies and overall Generalist/Business Partner experience.
Solid business acumen that includes building strong business cases to support recommendations and quantitative thinking skills
Excellent communication skills, writing and organization skills
Current knowledge of labor and employment laws
Dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and able to shift gears quickly
