HR- Manager

Job Summary
Directly supervise recruitment staff and oversee daily tasks. Monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure goals and objectives are met and customer service is a high priority. Recommend process improvements and implement changes in workflow to improve the recruitment process. Manage and perform a wide variety of professional level human resources functions including: recruitment, employment, analysis and reporting, and the annual performance evaluation process. Maintain data, create, generate and analyze Human Resources data and reports. Advise management and staff, and provide training, on related functions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in field of human resources or related field
Minimum 10 years’ HR-related job experience
Minimum two years’ HRIS experience, ADP Workforce Now preferred
Proficiency in HRIS reporting, ADP Workforce Now preferred
Completion of PHR or Human Resources Certificate Program
Superior proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, business e-mail and internet search capabilities
Valid California driver’s license and vehicle insurance; reliable transportation, to travel for meetings and/or to gather information for reporting purposes
