Job Title: Payroll/HRIS Consultant
Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $34.20/hr
Contract: 3 months


The primary purpose of this role will be to work directly with the VP HR Shared Services and the ADP Implementation team to implement HRIS, Payroll and Time and Labor platform for approximately 6200 employees. This includes responsibility for ensuring that all business process and configuration function properly and to identify process improvement opportunities in the organization.

Implementation experience a must

• Coordinates with functional and technical staff, lead system related project and initiatives that includes the new release, adoption and implementation of new functionality and business process changes in HR and Payroll, including implementation, review and testing prior to go-live
• Ensures application testing is effective and secure and that confidential information is protected
• Ensure that all payroll rules are operating correctly inclusive of pretax and after-tax earnings and deductions
• Must have experience and knowledge in ADP Platform in areas of HRIS Payroll and Time and Labor, (EV5 and eTime preferred)
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on implementing HRIS, Payroll and Time and Labor
• Demonstrated independent work in the design and implementation of the solution
• Strong project management skills
• ADP background a plus
