Responsibilities for the Human Resources position may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Recruiting, job posting, and employee selection
  • Administration of  employee orientations, benefits, worker’s compensation, training, background and drug screens, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Policy development, unemployment, EEO/Affirmative Action, and Safety
  • Review weekly payroll and track attendance, tardiness, and PTO time
  • And more…

    HR Professional candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Min- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in HR administration or an equivalent of training and experience to meet the required knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office, and automated payroll and time and attendance systems
  • Ability to prioritize and organize
  • Able to work independently
  •  

    Part-time – four, 6-hour days (24 hrs)
