HR Solutions PSA

Adecco is looking for an HR Specialists with Pension Processing experience.  This position will also include rehiring retired employees for short term recurring projects. 

Our client is in Evandale, Ohio and is recognized as a world leader in their industry.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay rate $18 to $20 per hour

 

Job description:

Rehired Pensioner Processor and Account Manager (Main Focus)

  • Does 3pt checks for rehired pensioners to ensure they are compliant to come back
  • Assists in approving/editing vacancies for rehired pensioners in OHRvacancy
  • Is the main point of contact for pensioners, hiring managers, and HR managers bringing a rehired pensioner back or who currently are on headcount
  • Adds pensioner to the requisition job folders
  • Complete offer and elink with former employees applicant tracking system, BrassRing
  • Communicate and work with HR Assist/corporate to ensure onboarding in OBI is on track
  • Maintain hour and current headcount reports
  • Follow drug screening and background check reports
  • Keep and maintain rehired pensioner employee records
  • Complete I-9s for local pensioners and remote pensioners, reassign or assist with I-9s for other locations
  • Complete badge request and badge form for local pensioners, reassign or assist with this process for other locations
  • Facilitate process to assist pensioners in receiving T&L cards
  • Make changes in HR data manager to change managers, HR Managers, costing info, hire dates, organization and end dates
  • Renew pensioners coming to the end of their contracts and renew their badges
  • Request MyTime access for pensioners via IDM and ensure their SSO’s are registered
  • Put in helpdesk tickets for issues with badges, computers, or accesses in MyTech

 

Former Employees Approval Coordinator (10%)

  • Does 3pt checks for contractors or PSA’s coming to work site who were formerly employees
  • Keep spreadsheet and files of those approved/denied
  • Send information to hiring manager and HR Manager on contractor/PSA and asking them to approve or deny them a badge
  • Send out and help to keep/maintain badge checklists if HR Manager asks for hiring manager to complete
  • Send appropriate badge site/personnel the approval/denial with dates
  • Check e-pass to ensure badge requests are put in for the contractor/PSA seeking approval
  • Use support central to approve workflows for renewal badges
  • Work with badging personnel or managers for any questions on the process
  • Reach out if reoccurring PSA’s badges are set to expire to get renewal approval
  • Escalate approvals as needed
