Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced HR Specialist  , Classification/Job Descriptions in Boise. This position is a temporary, last one month, possibly longer. The HR Specialist, Classification/Job Descriptions will be responsible for optimizing efforts to service the client in a high quality, cost-effective manner through creating, updating and classifying job descriptions. Responsibilities for this HR Specialist, Classification/Job Descriptions :
  • Creating, updating and classifying job descriptions of varied types and levels, including entry level professional, management and executive positions.
  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, or direct hire opportunities.
  • Meet with client managers to discuss job description needs.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent recruiting experience
  • 1 - 2 years experience in direct responsibility (HR Investigations)
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Must be proficient in PC software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email
