Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

JOB SUMMARY
Provides day-to-day clerical and administrative support for the Administrative Center. Identifies issues with current process and notifies management of concerns and potential solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles all incoming faxes, insuring printing, and delivery to appropriate department or individual.
• Oversee sign-in and badging for visitors.
• Assist with new hire onboarding process.
• Prepare outgoing letters and mailings.
• Includes maintaining the overall appearance of the Administrative Center by emptying shredding containers and common area trash bins and stocking paper for printers and copiers.
• Assist with supply inventory, ordering, stocking, and delivery to appropriate department or individual.
• Attend training sessions and participate in meetings related to the effective and efficient performance of job duties.
• Identify issues with current process and notify management of potential concerns and potential solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience Requirements
• These skills are acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Ability to do repetitive tasks and remain focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone and to use effective customer service techniques with internal and external clients.
• Ability to effectively work under strict deadlines while simultaneously organizing multiple projects.
• Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.
• Experience with Windows operating system.
• Good 10-key, data entry, and keyboarding ability.
• Travel may be required to attend company- sponsored meetings, training, and events.
Preferred Requirements
• 1-2 years’ administrative experience in an office environment
• An intermediate level of knowledge with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 40 wpm
Shift Start/End Time: 8AM - 5:00PM
