Position: HR Support Services Coordinator
Location: Davidson NC 28036
Contract: 12 months W2 (No guarantee for conversion at this time, opportunities are always available)
Pay Rate: Depending upon experience $ 18 to 20 per hour
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday


HR Support Services Coordinator (Contract) is a transactional and interactional support role for Employee life-cycle back office support processes such as Data Management, Mass Data Load Processing, My Team Transaction Support, and Service Now Case Management for employees throughout North America. This role will be responsible for a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of employee data and business information in HR systems and for responding to employee, manager and HR inquiries about human resources policies, processes, systems and employee programs.


Job Responsibilities:


Answer and process requests/inquiries from HR and managers via phone, email, ticketing system, voicemail, fax, etc. with a first contact resolution goal.
Process appropriate, accurate and timely employee and business transactions in the HRMS systems where not appropriate for self-service including new hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, leaves of absence, costing changes, rehires, supervisor changes, transfers, tax changes, direct deposit, personal changes, corrections, etc.
Assure that transactions processed meet quality standards by reviewing the accuracy, proper completion and monitoring output.
Conduct SOX/Compliance auditing for key controls for data integrity in key financial risk areas on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
Audit and QC Data.
Provide courteous feedback and coaching to HR and managers.
Partner with the HR Support Services team, e-HR team and other HR departments and managers to resolve inquiries and issues.
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and partner with the appropriate parties to test and implement new improvements.
Work closely with the Payroll, Benefits, Pension and Fleet departments to ensure timely and correct pay, benefits information, issue resolution, and change implementation.
Partner with HRBP’s and COE’s to facilitate consistent and timely provision of source documents.
Actively support as needed enterprise and/or sector system and process improvement implementations.
Participate in monthly knowledge sharing forums such as Super User calls, Payroll Council calls, etc.
Provide back-up support to other HR Support Services team
Additional responsibilities as the HR Support Services organization services expand



Qualifications:




High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
3 to 5 years customer service related HR support experience required.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as PeopleSoft, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Strong Excel required – Intermediate user (pivot tables, v-lookups), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
