HR Analyst IV

Contracted: 6/25/2018 - 12/24/2018



Job Description: 
You will define and implement processes to mitigate risk while maintaining fast and efficient deal flow. You will work closely with stakeholders across the HR Department to project manage business initiatives in various areas of the company, and will be responsible for the end-to-end process (scoping, analysis, system implementation, and project managing contributions of cross functional individuals). The ideal candidate is an independent, solution-oriented, organized, and process-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience in a highly variable, fast-paced environment. 

Lead multiple consultative engagements within the HR team to redesign current processes. Ensure that the voice of the user is represented in all phases of projects: diagnostic, future state design, and implementation. 
Develop user journeys outlining how our users might interact with our tool. 
Develop business requirements for new systems and work with our software engineering teams to implement. 
Drive operational rigor within the team by implementing best practices. 
Support change management 

Qualifications Minimum qualifications: 
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 
6+ years of experience in an analytical, consulting or business operations role. 
Project management experience. 
Comfort working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment 
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. 
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across organizational lines 

Preferred qualifications: 
Knowledge of Lean and/or supply chain design principles. 
Familiarity with HR operations.
