Adecco is assisting their client in their search of HRIS Associate Analyst in Newark, NJ. This role is housed within an industry that provides investor communications and technology solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers globally. This is a contract position.

Position: HRIS Associate Analyst
Location: Newark, NJ
Length: 3-month contract with possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr
Hours: 40hr week



In this position, you will work closely with the global HR team on system maintenance, day-to-day support and improvement of HRIS systems as well as ensuring data integrity for HR systems. Excellent written and verbal skills are required for this role.

About the Role:

Research and Maintenance:
Responsible for the HRIS data transactions in the Workday queue. Responsible for researching escalated questions from the HR call center. Partner with HR Call Center Reps to work through associate issues that arise out of system use. Document all research within Case Management system. Troubleshoot, analyze, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies. Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database. Keep up to date with system upgrades and notify appropriate users accordingly. Attend training on new HRIS products and services as needed.


Reporting and Analytics:
Write, maintain and support reports or queries as needed to support HRIS projects utilizing appropriate system report writing tools.

Training and Documentation:
Documents and maintains accurate and thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures. Develops training materials and assists in the training of department and field staff on HRIS access and utilization. Performs all other duties as may be required by the needs of the business.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Systems. Minimum 2 years working knowledge SaaS or hosted HR systems (Workday preferred), Reporting tools, HR processes and policies. Knowledge of relevant country, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and PII regulations. Intermediate Excel Skills required; Advanced helpful.

Maintains professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive information Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, where multiple priorities need to be effectively managed, while maintaining composure and flexibility in a structured environment. Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential information. .
