We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and collaborative HRIS Systems Analyst II










Description:

Title: Learning Systems Analyst

This position is one in which the individual will be involved in several functions including but not limited to: LMS Administration, Degreed.com Administration, content curation, 360 deployment, reporting, and collaborating with internal partners or external vendors.

What You'll Do
• Partner with learning professionals to build engaging digital learning content solutions
• Contribute to the team’s effort to recognize needs and identify priorities for provision of content, videos, simulations, job aids and links to other portals.
• Source, package and organize relevant learning assets in the catalog
• Maintain records and catalog assets with accurate meta-tagging.
• Ensure relevancy and integrity of internal catalog, groups & learning pathways (on Degreed)
• Track and report site metrics and regularly report on the effectiveness of content.
• Help determine standards and guidelines both for what makes quality content, and how to present it well.
• Participate as needed with LMS administration, including course uploading, testing and reporting
• Oversee Salesforce instance
o Act as first level support of content related questions

Great to haves:
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in educational technology or information technology
• 2+ years’ experience in enterprise LMS administration; Cornerstone preferred
• Content curation experience; Degreed preferred
• Highly proficient with MS Office suite and MS Excel data reporting
• Working knowledge of SCORM training content
• Associate/Bachelor's Degree in educational technology or information technology
