HRIS

Adecco is assisting a local company in a search for a HRIS professional with 8-10 years experience in supporting projects in the HRIS for a global company. This is a direct hire position and this is an immediate hire. The company is offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Requirements:

Must have experience in using the Oracle HRM or Oracle Fusion in HR organization
Highly experienced in Benefits enrollment, talent equation, workpeople reporting, and compensation planning and reporting tools.
Excellent communications skills both in written and verbal.

Job description:


Managed and support the HR department, hire to retire processes, recruitment, performance, training, time, attendance, compensation and benefits.
Experience in Audit reporting.
Skilled at conducting quality control activities
Work with HRIS customers and service providers to help improve existing processes and solutions.
Support HR users for communications, assuring data integrity and adherence to enterprise Data Standards: Ad Hoc reporting, trouble shooting errors/issues.
Complete testing and system updates, data is validated and users have the appropriate access.
Provide quality and timely support to all HRIS customers.
Knowledgeable and skilled with MS Office suite, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred requirements are HRP or PMI Certification
Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
