Type:                     Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                 6+ months

Pay:                       $50.00-$57.00/ HR Based on Experience

Shift/Hours:       8A – 5P

 

Responsibilities for this HRIS/Success Factors Analyst position include but are not limited to:
Performs system administration duties in Success factors:

  • Recruiting
  • Recruiting Marketing
  • Compensation
  • Performance Management
  • Onboarding
  • Employee Central
  • Develop, generate and maintain analytical reports from multiple HR systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing routine HR system data audits.
  • Manage data interfaces between HR systems.
  • Make process improvement recommendations and work on system projects.
  • Assist other team members and customers as needed.

     

Qualifications for this HRIS/Success Factors Analyst position:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Experience in supporting geographically disbursed customers/users.
  • Ability to work in a geographically distributed project team environment.
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Education
  • Minimum 2 years Success factors system administration experience.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff to make an accurate assessment of customer and branch needs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to analyze customer, branch and employee problems and to recommend the proper course of action.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize job projects and requirements.
