role is accountable for maintaining the support processes for the solutions, supporting the triage and resolution of identified solution issues and providing guidance to the team on the governance of the solution. This role will be tasked with integrating and project managing across the Company support organizations for the US (and Puerto Rico) and providers supporting the solution.

Develop and execute production support processes for the in-scope HR Direct solutions including Workday, Sharepoint Portal, SFDC Case and Knowledge Management, and technical integrations
Execute the key HR Technology activities including Strategy and Project Management, Application Maintenance and Support, Information Management, Security and Compliance, Interim Processes and Integration Management
Responsible for day to day management of the HRSC escalation activities including managing the intake and routing of SFDC cases assigned to HR Technology; responsible for the timely escalation, routing and resolution of issues in accordance with the defined issue triage and resolution process
Full cycle project management and oversee integration process (will work with a Project Manager)
Coordinate and integrate across Company support organizations and Third-Party Providers including supporting issue identification, issue triage, issue resolution and communication
Responsible for reviewing and administering the HR Project portfolio and planning process including handoffs from the OpEx Change Control process
Manage the execution of solution governance process including managing relationships with Key solution vendors owned by the HR Function and integrating with IT Vendor Relationship owners for Enterprise solutions (i.e SFDC and Sharepoint)
Develop strong relationships with HR Customers and collect and act on customer feedback
Accountable for the resolution of all solution issues in a timely manner and in tracking SLAs and associated metrics



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology or Business field OR equivalent experience
3+ years of Global HR Functions/Process/Systems experience
Experienced with HRIS (Workday) system and implementation/integration oversight
Strong project management experience and analytical skills and specifically issue triage and management skills
