Human Resource Admin Assistant / Customer Service


Adecco is currently in search of a person to work in Human Resources Customer Service / Administrative Assistant. The Customer Service / Administrative Assistant is working with one of Cranberry Twp., PA employer of choice.  

The Human Resource Assistant must be energetic and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment.    The department provides a centrally located HR support system for associates.   Assistants in this position will regularly interface with Benefits, Payroll, HRIS and HR Business Partners, ensuring employee needs are met.  


  • Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries.  May collaborate with various HR functions in problem solving
  • Consult with various functions (HR, Benefits, compensation, Payroll, IT, etc.) on general inquiries from customers of other functional areas
  • Create or update ticket within case management system to include all details on the inquiry, research and response.  Escalate non-basic issues to SME or other functional areas
  • Review incooming documentation to ensure requirements are met for a wide variety of HR programs and/or benefit plans
  • Communicate with participant or other functional area to resolve basic outstanding problems
  • Assist in preparing general communication to employees, retirees and other participants on a wide variety of HR and benefit programs.  Communication either supports customer focus or plan compliance
  • Contribute to solving a wide variety of problems related to HR/benefit programs by collaborating with SME
  • May participate in projects or corporate initiatives (acquisitions, divestitures, VRIP, payroll integrations) as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback on departmental forms, documents, written instructions and procedures
  • Provide administrative support while adhering to established processes and procedures
  • Provides effective employee assistance / services and answers routine employee questions
  • Establish and maintain files and confidential records, including those related to personnel, financial budgets and/or legal and proprietary information.

    Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of related HR or Call Center Experience
  • Working Knowledge of specific HR/Benefit programs
  • SAP HR Module
  • Preferred:

  • Associates degree in HR, business, or related field
  • Two years related work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Working Knowledge of specific HR/Benefit programs
  • Related certification PHR, CEBS, etc.
  • Salary $18.00hr

    Candidates are required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
