Role: Human Resources Admin/Coordinator
Location: Wilmington, DE
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday
Pay Rate: $22 per hour + based on experience
Duration: 7 months + contract to hire opportunity


Enter, submit and ensure completion of various HR actions to include promotions, transfers, organization changes, terminations, etc.
Assist with interview scheduling, offer letters and conducting local orientation meetings
Process new hires as needed to accommodate increase in volume, vacations, and leaves.
Manage exit process for all voluntary and involuntary terminations
Perform various general administrative tasks to include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, complete expense reports and creating reports and presentations as necessary.
Work closely with the HR team and business leaders on annual HR processes. (Example: Merit, Succession Planning and Incentives).
Process invoices, monthly chargebacks, and purchase requisitions for POS; track expenses, respond to vendor Inquires.
Prepare reports for using information from iCIMS, Iqlik, Workday, SAP and others
Coordinate with HR operations and law to ensure federal and state compliance posters are up to date
Perform special projects in a variety of areas that may require coordination with personnel in other departments and the community: Job Fairs, Intern Meetings, Etc.


Must have a MINIMUM of 5 years of administrative/coordinator experience within HR
Bachelor's Degree
MS Office Suite
ERP systems experience
