Primary Duties, Responsibilities, Requirements




Assist VP, HR on following:




Office Management




Maintaining filing & Storage program




Building and office maintenance –Corresponding with Management Company




Assist Corporate secretary/Treasurer with administrative responsibilities:




Maintaining Corporate books




Coordinating of corporate resolutions updates




Human resources




Assist with coordinating corporate events




Payroll administration- Preparation, processing, and distribution




Processing HR related reports (i.e., TDI, DOL, payroll...etc.)




Arrange and oversees the interview and hiring process, providing information on Company benefits.




Assist in updating Job Descriptions, Job Titles, personnel handbooks, employee policies, and other related employee information.




Asist with Performance Review Program.




Keep accurate records of Benefit Plans participation and prepare required government Reports, such as the Form 5500. Prepare and maintain required government reports and other compliance records.




Conduct new employee orientation




Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.




Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.




Perform benefits administration, including open enrollment, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees. Provides approval for related invoices.




Correspond with Benefit providers




Physical presence required in the office.




Additional HR duties as necessary




Job Summary:

This position will provide assistance to the VP, Human Resources with handling all administrative responsibilities for HR and office management functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
(State the minimum required education level and/or equivalent years of job experience needed to be considered for the position. Also state computer skills and software knowledge if required.)


Bachelors Degree with five (3) plus years experience in the Human Resource administration
Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, with strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
3 years previous payroll processing/auditing experience
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
