Human Resource Assistant

We are currently seeking two Human Resource Assistants for a temporary assignment at two of our Adecco locations.

  • Full-time: Princeton, NJ location

  • Part-time: South Plainfield location

This individual will provide human resource administrative support and should possess sourcing and staffing experience.

Job Duties include but not limited to:
  • Source & Screen candidates for open positions
  • Complete onboarding requirements for new hires
  • Enter personnel information into employee database
  • Schedule interviews & extend job offers
  • Ensure payroll is processed in a timely, accurate manner
  • Respond to unemployment claims & employee inquiries
Position requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS office
  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • Prior experience in human resources or staffing industry is a plus
