Adecco is moving to Downtown Topeka soon and we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Assistant to support our branch and lead recruiter in recruiting, sales and service.

As our Human Resource Assistant you will coordinate all front desk activities including answering a multi-line phone system and managing multiple calls at times and greeting walk-in visitors, in addition to the following Human Resource responsibilities:

Prescreening applicants
Managing testing
Scheduling interviews
Checking references
Onboarding new hires
Updating employee files
Documenting activities and conversations with client companies
Completing tasks as assigned by the Lead Recruiter
Other general office duties as needed

Experience and Skills needed, include:
3-5 years Front Office or Retail Environment
Some Human Resource knowledge and exposure
Excellent organizational ability
Working with tight timelines
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
HS or Equivalent
