Human Resources Manager – Oklahoma City

Our client is an award-winning food manufacturing company in the midst of expansion. The Human Resources Manager will partner with the executive leadership team to implement HR strategies that support key organizational goals and positive employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Assures Company employment, employee relations and equal employment opportunity policies and practices comply with the applicable provisions of federal and state laws and regulations
Recommends new approaches, and/or policies and procedures to effect continual improvement
Works closely with VP of HR on compensation projects
Proactively engages in the performance management and merit increase process
Responsible for recruitment of open positions
Performs analysis related to staffing metrics
Develops market trends reports and creates HR Metrics and Scorecard
Effectively operates HRIS, 401k Portal, Benefit Carrier Enrollment Sites
Organizes, develops and conducts training
Assists in the communication and delivery of recognition processes and events
Manages HR programs, policies to support organizational culture


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related area)
Experience within a manufacturing, logistics or distribution organization preferred
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources including experience in administration, benefits, compensation, employee relations and performance management
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
Experience with Food Industry preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish (a plus)
