Responsible for payroll processing, processing of new hires and terminations, maintain HR records (paper and digital), create and generate reports, and assist with various Human Resources projects. Will be utilizing new technology and assist the Director of Human Resources transition to a paperless HR work environment.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related filed of study
* At least 1-3 years experience working as an HR Coordinator/HR Assistant/Payroll Coordinator handling administrative fuctions within the HR disciplines including knowledge of Payroll processing
* Possess excellent communication(verbal and written), time management and organizational skills
* Ability to articulate and work well with others on a team as well work with various staff members of the office
* Proficient with PowerPoint to create and maintain Org Charts, workflow charts, etc. is Required
* Proficient with M.S. Excel, Word and Outlook is Required
