Human Resource with our client consists of strategic partners to the business, functional experts and customer-focused HR services. Under limited supervision and acting on own initiative, performs various administrative duties for Human Resources. Assignments will involve work of a confidential nature and require a general knowledge of HR practices.

Assisting with Talent Acquisition: schedule interviews, schedule conference rooms, setting up virtual interviews, establishing panel interviews and coordinating schedules with Bayer executives and employees in other states and outside of the U.S., routing interview packages (resumes, JD, agendas, etc.).
• Provide administrative clerical support to HR BPs and Generalists.
• Coordinates activities across departments and follow up to ensure that requests are carried out
• May participate or be included on special projects or work as a member of a team who operates as a liaison internally
• Analyze and assemble information; prepare reports, manuals, etc.
• Carry out other activities and responsibilities as directed.

Associates Degree in Human Resources preferred; High School diploma required. Three to five years of administrative assistant experience required (preferably within a HR or legal department).

Skill & Competency Requirements:
• Ability to work with and communicate efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization; must be professional at all times
• Assists in meeting planning and preparation (drafting agendas and communications)
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel more so than Word and Powerpoint)
• Articulate communicator (written and verbal); excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
